Miss Kris

Miss Kris will be the K/1 Program Director this summer at HPR. It is her eleventh year at camp, and she spent 10 years as a preschool teacher at the Children's Family Farm in Lake Elmo. Her favorite thing about HPR is how deeply the staff care for campers and each other while having so much fun at the same time.

Makenna

This is Makenna's third summer at camp and she will be the K/1 Program Lead! She is currently a student at the University of St. Thomas studying Elementary Education. She loves spending time outside, going on walks, reading, and listening to music. She is so excited to meet all of the campers and continue all of the fun camp traditions! Her favorite camp food is puppy chow.

Tashvi

Tashvi is so excited for her third summer at camp! This fall, she will be a sophomore at UW Madison. She loves singing, figure skating, crocheting, and reading books. She can't wait to make friendship bracelets, do the butter dance, and play bonkers. Tashvi's favorite camp food is pizza pies with extra cheese.

Lucy

This will be Lucy's second year as a camp counselor! She is currently a sophomore at St. Olaf college studying Mathematics and Computer Science. She also participates in their well known choir program! She loves to go on runs (she will be running the grandma's marathon in June), trying new coffee shops, and spending time outdoors! She is most excited for the new afternoon activities she's made up and seeing returning and new campers!

Anna D.

Anna is super excited for her first year at camp and is so excited to be a counselor! She is currently a student at Miami University in Ohio, studying Nursing. She loves being outside, hanging with friends, going to her cabin and concerts! She is most excited to meet all the campers and teach them fun arts and crafts and science experiments. Her favorite campfire treat is a s'more!

Mariah D.

This will be Mariah's second summer at HPR! She is currently a sophomore at the University of Minnesota, studying kinesology and psychology. In her free time she loves traveling, hanging out with friends, going on walks, and listening to music. She is most excited to meet the campers and create an amazing, memorable summer experience! Her favorite camp food is s'mores.

Birdie

This will be Birdies second year on staff and is very excited to be a counselor this year! She is currently a junior at Stillwater Area Highschool and runs of her schools cross country team, as well as participating in her schools FCA club. She loves being outdoors, especially with friends, yoga, running, reading, and seeing new places. She is the most excited to see her old campers as well as meet all the new ones joining HPR this year! Her favorite camp food is pizza pies.

Claire

Claire is here for her first year at camp as a counselor! She will be a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in the fall and is majoring in healthcare administration with a dream career of being an administrator at a children's hospital! Outside of school, Claire loves playing pickleball, going for runs, shopping, doing fun crafts and spending time with family. Claire is super excited for dress-up days at camp this summer! Her favorite campfire food is s'mores with extra chocolate!

Rachel

This is Rachel and it is her first year on staff! Next year, Rachel will be a junior at Stillwater Area Highschool. In her free time, Rachel is almost always training for sports. Aside from that, she likes to bake, embroider, swim, and hike. Rachel is so excited to have fun in the sun all summer with K1 and traditional campers! Specifically, Rachel looks forward to the butter dance, and all camp games. Her favorite camp food is pizza pies.

Caden

This will be Caden's first year on staff, but 10th year at camp! He is currently attending Hill Murray High School and is in his sophomore year. He loves crafting, exploring, baking, hanging out with family and friends, and being creative. He is most excited to meet new people, try new things, and pass fun, creative energy to those around him. His favorite campfire treat is either doughboys or banana boats.

Meghan

Meghan has been a camper at hidden pines for 11 years and this is her first year as an assistant counselor. She is a sophomore at Stillwater Area High School. She is on the girls tennis team and the Stillwater Alpine Ski team. She enjoys hanging out with friends and family, reading, cooking/baking, and carpool karaoke with friends. She is most excited about getting to meet the campers and playing in the all camp games. Her favorite camp food is a smaco.

Everett

This is Everett's first year on staff but 3rd year at HPR. He is attends Stillwater Area High School and will be going into his junior year. In his free time he loves to play football, golf, and downhill ski. Everett is most looking forward to seeing all the campers and enjoy the outdoors. His favorite camp treat are popsicles!

Ally

Ally is very excited for her first year working at Hidden Pines Ranch as an assistant counselor after being a camper for around 8 years! She is currently a junior at Stillwater Area High School. She loves spending time outdoors whether that’s boat days, hiking, bike rides, etc. and spending time with friends. She’s very excited to meet all the campers and make sure they all have a great experience at camp this summer. Her favorite camp food is campfire pizza pies.

Fiona

Fiona is back at camp for her 10th year in 2026, and is excited for her first year as a K/1 assistant counselor! She is currently a student at Stillwater Area High School and enjoys theater and playing soccer. Fiona loves the outdoors and her favorite part of HPR is Nature Camp Craft and Friday theme days. Fiona's top choice for campfire food is Pizza Pies and her most treasured memory is from when she was a camper, learning how to make fire starters with Debbie.
