Zoey H.
This is Zoey's first summer at HPR! She is so excited to meet and get to know all of her campers this summer. In her free time she loves to rock climb, hike, and travel to new places. She is planning to attend University of Minnesota Duluth this upcoming fall to study Environmental Education. She is most looking forward to experiencing new camp games and traditions with her campers! Her favorite camp food is campfire doughnuts.
Sam
Sam is here for his first summer at HPR! He is currently attending Century College with intent to transfer to the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and major in Education (intending to tech upper elementary or middle school) as well as getting a minor in coaching to coach football. Outside of camp, Sam enjoys: Playing and/or watching pretty much any sport, Loves being outside doing activities like camping and fishing, and he also loves going to the gym. Sam is super excited to meet all the great staff and campers at HPR! His favorite campfire food is fresh caught Walleye made over a fire.
Olivia F.
Olivia is back for her third year at camp, and is excited for her first year as a Middle School counselor! She is currently a student at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, studying Outdoor, Recreation, Tourism, and Event Management. She loves exploring the outdoors, journaling, and hiking! She is most excited to meet new and reconnect with returning campers, do shaving cream mohawks, and make her favorite camp snack, campfire donuts!
Andy
This will be Andy’s first year at camp as a counselor! Andy attends UW - La Crosse during the school year with a major in Psychology. His favorite hobbies include fishing, playing guitar, working out, and exploring nature. This summer, he is most excited to make new friends and sit around the campfire. His favorite campfire food is hot dogs.
Courtney
Courtney is incredibly excited to return for her second year as a counselor, after being a camper for 9 years! Currently, she's a junior majoring in Marketing and Theatre and minoring in Musical Theatre at Loyola University Chicago. Her favorite camp activities include bracelet and lanyard making, arts and crafts, and nature camp crafts. She's super excited to be back at camp and have another amazing summer!
Payton
This summer will be Payton's first summer on staff, and he is pumped to be a Middle School counselor! Payton just graduated East Ridge High School and will be attending UW Milwaukee to study film in the fall. In his free time, Payton enjoys making all kinds of art and playing pickleball. He is most excited for Fun Fridays and to meet all of the campers.
