Registration for Summer 2026 will open in January in 3 phases. Returning 2-8 week families from our past season will register in Phase 1.  Our Mini Camp families from the previous season will register in Phase 2.  Then our new family registration is done during Phase 3.

Helpful Registration Information and FAQs For New Families  

  • You will be required to upload a photo of your child during the initial steps of registration.  Please have a photo ready on your computer or device.
  • We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or ACH bank transfers. Families paying by ACH transfer will receive a 1.25% discount. Please consider what payment method you’d like to utilize and have your information ready. 
  • All registrations require a deposit of $500, with the exception of campers registering for the Mini Camp only. Mini Camp only deposit is $250.  The deposit is not charged until your enrollment request is confirmed.

  • Your credit card or bank account will not be charged until your registration is confirmed. 
  • Remember to register for the grade your campers will be entering in the fall, not the grade they are in currently.
  • Once you submit an enrollment request, you will immediately receive a notification that it was received.  Please keep in mind that this is just a request, and it does not guarantee that we have an opening. Nothing is charged when the request is submitted. A second email will be sent once we have confirmed the enrollment, and the deposit is charged at this time. If the program you wish to register for is full, you will be sent an email notifying you that you are on the waiting list.
  • It is not possible for new families to create a profile prior to registration opening, but rest assured knowing that all new families are in the same situation of having to complete the initial setup steps on opening morning.
